Form 990 2025–26
The Form 990 is our Society's mandatory annual financial disclosure form, filed with the Internal Revenue Service of the United States of America. This filing covers our Society's first fiscal year, from July 2025 to June 2026.
Bylaws June 2026
Overseen by the Board of Directors, our Society’s Bylaws serve as our governing legal document; from it, all policies, actions, and choices regarding the governance of our Society, its properties, employees, volunteers, and Members are made.
